15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: 1. rust on inside of roll top beer coolers first and second level bars, 2. broken gasket on left side of 3-dr cooler in bar, 3. inside door of walk in cooler with peeling paint, Provide for all non-food contact surfaces to be smooth, corrosive free, easily cleanable and non-absorbent. 36  Observed floor in 1st level bar area in need of cleaning under and around equipment and observed stairs leading to basement and upper level in need of cleaning. Please clean. (750.1220) Observed the following floors to be improper: 1. unsealed concrete in walk in cooler and dry storage for red bull in basement, 2. broken wood on floor in utility room. All floors are to be smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent. Please repair and reseal. (750.1200) Next Inspection
